Received an invitation via a Marketing Company?
We outsource to various marketing companies; some offer a promotional travel incentive, but many do not offer any promotional incentive. All travel-related promotions have qualifications, terms & conditions. If you were offered a promotional travel incentive you will need to meet the qualifications for that specific offer- promotional travel incentives are similar to a discounted trip; the recipient pays applicable taxes, deposits, fees, and other expenses not included. Recipients must have a valid government-issued photo ID and valid major credit card in their name. Promotional incentives are not free. Offers are non-transferable, limit is one per household. If you were contacted by a marketer on our behalf and have any questions please contact us directly.
Promotions vary, while supplies last.

Outsourced telemarketing means we rely on contracted third party companies when we are utilizing telemarketing campaigns. We require that all laws and regulations pertaining to telemarketing be in compliance and followed. Any telephone number on the National Do Not Call Registry is never to be called; Michigan uses the Federal DNC Registry for our state. No Telemarketing company ever has our permission to contact any number on the Federal DNC Registry. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

There are various consumer data sources that are used with marketing campaigns.
From time to time, we do utilize full service third party marketing and telemarketing companies, as we do not do our own telemarketing- our specialty is getting our members on vacation- so we leave the marketing to the professionals who specialize in it.
If you received a telemarketing call, then it is extremely likely that your information is on several consumer data source lists. There are many ways consumer data is collected and we don’t pretend to know the half of it. The marketing companies we contract with , none of them disclose their sources for lists with us, however they are required to follow all state and federal guidelines.
Never do we or any marketing company we contract with collect any form of payment or money from you to set or attend an appointment with us. Very important to make sure you know, please, do not give any financial information or any sensitive information over the phone- because it is not something we do in any marketing campaign. The only thing that is necessary is your name, phone number and email address when booking an appointment with a marketer. If you have additional questions, please contact us directly.
